HERE WE GO ... Processing your favourite garment quickly
Step 1
Fill out the order form. Select the services and treatments you require. Please do not forget to check the box to indicate that you accept our general terms and conditions and data protection policy.
Step 2
Print out the order form and sign it. We cannot process your order without a signature.
Step 3
Send your waxed garment or waxed bag together with the signed order form to:

Step 4
Once we have received your shipment, we will check your service request and your garment. If you’d like, we can send you a cost estimate before we start to work on your item.
Step 5
Once we are sure we can provide the service you have requested or have received your go ahead, you will receive an invoice from us. Please transfer the invoice amount to our account.
Step 6
We start the reconditioning of your garment as soon as we have received your payment. Please note that processing can take up to six weeks, depending on order volumes.
